Job Description:

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the North India region to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities across various industries, including power plants, refineries, oil & gas, food & beverage, and public health.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Drive sales efforts to expand the customer base, increase market share, and maximize opportunities for Company products and services.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and stakeholders in the region.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide technical and product expertise to customers, offering tailored solutions for their water treatment needs.

Sales Target Achievement & Reporting:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs as set by the management team.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to stay on track with objectives.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the engineering, and technical departments to ensure smooth project delivery.

Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise:

  • Stay updated on the latest products, technologies, and industry standards in water treatment and electrochemical systems.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales management, with at least 3 years in the water treatment, industrial equipment, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive environment.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of water treatment technologies, including electrochlorination and effluent treatment (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • MBA or advanced degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (optional but preferred).

Location & Travel:

  • Based in Delhi, with frequent travel within the region and occasional national/international travel.

Other:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
