Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned regions - Build and maintain strong relationships with architects builders interior firms and channel partners - Identify and onboard new clients projects and trading opportunities in the building materials sector - Conduct regular client meetings presentations and product demonstrations - Monitor market trends competitor activities and suggest business strategies - Manage distributor and dealer networks for smooth supply chain and timely order fulfillment - Collaborate with internal teams for pricing credit management and customer service - Ensure regular reporting on sales performance forecasts and key market insights Key Requirements - Graduate MBA with minimum 4 years of experience in Building Material Sales Trading segment - Strong exposure to working with architects builders interior firms and contractors - Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations Preferred Candidate Profile - Previous experience in tiles sanitaryware paints plywood hardware or related building materials - Strong local market knowledge in Delhi NCR and Ludhiana regions - Ability to handle multiple accounts and drive both B2B and B2C sales ref updazz com
