Job Description Max Innovation, a leading name in Corporate gifts and Customized Merchandise, is looking for a proactive and ambitious CorporateSales Executive (Lead Generation) to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying potential corporate clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team to convert these into long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and research potential corporate clients across industries for gifting and merchandise requirements. - Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and B2B platforms like IndiaMART and Justdial. - Present Max Innovation's range of corporate gifting and branding solutions effectively to prospects. - Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and client details. - Coordinate with the operations and design team to prepare customized proposals and quotations. - Schedule client meetings and product presentations for senior sales managers. - Follow up consistently with prospects to close deals and achieve monthly lead targets. - Stay informed about market trends, seasonal gifting themes, and competitor activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 03 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (corporate gifting or merchandise industry preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong ability to research and identify potential clients. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Target-oriented, self-motivated, and organized approach to work. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience dealing with HR, Admin, or Procurement teams of corporate clients. - Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools. - Prior experience in handling festive or event-based gifting projects.
