Enterprise Sales Team Leader

Lauren Information Technologies is seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Sales Team Leader to drive our sales efforts in Mumbai, India. This role will be pivotal in expanding our market presence and delivering cutting-edge IT solutions to large enterprises in the areas of Cloud Adoption, Digital Transformation, Application Development, Data Engineering, Gen AI, and Cloud Managed Services.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of enterprise sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and driving results
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Mumbai enterprise market
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in large enterprises
Collaborate with OEM partners such as AWS, Microsoft, and Red Hat to create comprehensive solutions for clients
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company&aposs footprint in the Mumbai enterprise sector
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions to enterprise clients
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT services industry
Requirements:
Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred
12+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Mumbai enterprise market
Deep understanding of the IT services landscape, including cloud technologies, digital transformation, and AI
Strong network and established relationships with key decision-makers in Mumbai&aposs large enterprises
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and local languages
Experience working with global OEMs such as AWS, Microsoft, and Red Hat
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Qualifications
Experience selling complex IT solutions in sectors such as BFSI, Manufacturing, or Retail
Knowledge of regulatory environments affecting enterprise IT in India
Certifications in relevant technologies or sales methodologies
History of successful large-scale digital transformation projects in Mumbai-based enterprises
