Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to join our Global Delivery and Onboarding team as a Software Onboarding Associate. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth SaaS platform onboarding for our clients by handling data entry, system configuration, and readiness activities that enable a successful go-live.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate and timely data entry into the onboarding platform as per project requirements.
- Configure and validate SaaS platform settings to ensure clients' environments are ready for go-live.
- Collaborate with onboarding managers, project coordinators, and solution specialists to ensure smooth client rollout.
- Perform quality checks on data and configurations to maintain high accuracy standards.
- Track and update onboarding tasks in project management and CRM tools.
- Troubleshoot basic onboarding-related issues and escalate to technical teams when necessary.
- Maintain detailed documentation of onboarding activities and status reports.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, data entry, or platform configuration.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in managing records and client data.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and onboarding workflows.
- Hands-on experience with project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Salesforce, or equivalents).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global delivery environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with both internal teams and client-facing teams.
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple onboarding assignments simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in client SaaS implementations or platform migration projects.
- Understanding of data structuring, formatting, and validation for software readiness.
- Exposure to global delivery models and working with international clients.
