We are seeking an experienced AGM / Head Sales Commercial Vehicle to lead our sales efforts in the commercial vehicle sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven record in sales management, capable of driving growth and establishing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for commercial vehicles.
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with promotional efforts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Skills and Qualifications

- 15-25 years of experience in sales management within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
