Dharmic Homez is seeking a hardcore Closing Specialist a sales leader who lives to convert serious buyers into confirmed bookings. You'll handle qualified leads, build trust fast, and close deals with precision. Key Responsibilities - Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings for premium residential projects. - Take full ownership of the end-to-end closing process from pitch to payment. - Handle high-value clients with confidence and persuasive communication. - Overcome objections and create urgency to finalize bookings. - Mentor team members to improve their closing performance. What We're Looking For - Proven record of high-value real estate closures. - Excellent negotiation, follow-up, and conversion skills. - Confident, result-driven, and target-focused personality. - Minimum 5 years experience in real estate sales. - Malayalam speaking professionals are preferred.
