One of our clients, an end-to-end Real Estate Platform, is looking for a Sales Director located in Chennai and Hyderabad.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Sales Director / Sales Head to lead and drive our sales team, optimise revenue performance, and spearhead customer acquisition and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in real estate sales, team leadership, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organisational goals.

Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine strategies.

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Set KPIs and performance metrics for sales staff.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training/coaching.

Business Development:

Identify and explore new sales channels and partnership opportunities.

Build strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and key clients.

Manage negotiations and close high-value deals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Oversee customer lifecycle from lead generation to post-sale engagement.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage escalations.

Reporting & Analytics:

Track and analyze sales metrics and trends.

Present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with 4+ years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Deep understanding of the real estate market, customer behaviour, and sales techniques.

Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics.

Preferred Attributes:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Established network of real estate brokers and investors.

Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
