We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Director – Cloud Sales to join our growing team. This strategic role requires a proven leader who can build and expand cloud sales opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth through innovative cloud solutions. You will play a pivotal role in positioning our cloud portfolio in the market, engaging with key decision-makers, and leading a team toward achieving aggressive sales targets. Key Responsibilities

- Sales Leadership & Strategy:

- Define, develop, and execute cloud sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
- Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive threats to strengthen the company's cloud sales positioning.

- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture C-level and senior stakeholder relationships with enterprise customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and mapping appropriate cloud solutions (public, private, and hybrid).
- Conduct consultative discussions and present value-driven cloud transformation strategies.

- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement:

- Work closely with cloud solution architects, delivery teams, and product teams to design and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to craft go-to-market campaigns, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Partner with ecosystem players (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) to leverage joint go-to-market opportunities.

- Business Growth & Expansion:

- Drive cloud adoption through upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts.
- Lead strategic deals involving multi-cloud, SaaS, and cloud-native applications.
- Continuously enhance customer satisfaction to build long-term partnerships.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship:

- Mentor and guide junior sales professionals, ensuring high performance and capability building.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high accountability within the sales team.
- Share best practices in enterprise sales, pipeline management, and client engagement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in cloud sales, enterprise technology sales, or IT services sales.
- Proven success in selling cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) across enterprise accounts.
- Strong relationships with CXOs and decision-makers in mid-market/enterprise organizations.
- Familiarity with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology benefits to business outcomes.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and comfort with independent decision-making.
