Position Title: Sales Executive – Hardware Industry
Reports To: Sales Manager
Department: Sales Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
● Sales Generation:
- Actively identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell a wide range of hardware products, and more.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis.
● Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer customized hardware solutions to improve their operational efficiency.
- Provide post-sales support and handle any customer complaints or queries effectively.
● Market Expansion & Territory Development:
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential clients across the region.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to strategically
- Conduct regular visits to key clients, construction sites, distributors, and wholesalers.
● Outstation Travel:
- Travel extensively to meet customers and prospects in different cities and regions.
- Prepare travel itineraries, plan meetings, and manage travel logistics to maximize productivity during outstation trips.
● Product Knowledge & Demonstrations:
- Provide detailed product information, technical specifications, and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Assist customers with product selection based on their specific needs and requirements.
● Sales Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
Qualifications:
● Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hardware Industry.
- Experience in handling outstation clients and extensive travel.
● Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach.
● Personal Traits:
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays and weekend travel as required.
