About You

We have an exciting opportunity to join our business in the role of an Estimator/Scheduler to manage our projects in our Dubai location. This person will be self-motivated and excited to work in a fast-paced growing global business working alongside some of the most influential brands. Responsibilities:

- Prepare and price hardware specifications & Bills of Quantity (BOQ) from information provided by clients.
- Produce specifications and Hardware schedules from Floor Plans and associated Documents.
- Work alongside the sales team to ensure accurate and commercially appropriate specifications.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, whilst maintaining the highest level of professional conduct.
- Make suggestions to improve the procedures of the company, particularly those affecting the Estimating and Scheduling function.

Skills:

- 3+ years of experience.
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Technical knowledge of Hardware (BSEN / ANSI).
- Ability to think analytically.
- Ability to act on own initiative & make decisions.
