Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Hardware Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling IT hardware products such as servers, desktops, laptops, storage devices, networking equipment, and related peripherals to B2B or B2C clients. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of the IT hardware market and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
On Field Sales Manager to manage end customers in PSU, Govt Dept, Enterprise accounts
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales of IT hardware products such as laptops, desktops, printers, networking equipment, and security solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation activities like cold calling, email marketing, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate hardware solutions based on product knowledge.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the sales management.
- Provide timely and accurate quotations and follow up on sales leads.
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, competitors, and product developments.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical support, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trials to showcase the features and benefits of IT products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Preferred:
- Experience selling branded hardware (e.g., HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco).
- 1-6 years of experience in IT hardware sales or related fields (preferably).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of antivirus software, cybersecurity solutions, desktop sales, infrastructure sales, laptop sales, networking products, printer sales, security sales, solution sales.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in IT hardware sales (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.
