1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the IT hardware infrastructure market in Mumbai.- 2. Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.- 3. Work closely with the technical team to provide customers with comprehensive solutions that meet their specific needs.- 4.Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.- 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.- 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to improve sales strategies and product offerings.- 7. Attend trade shows and events to promote the company's products and services.- 8. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.- 2. 3-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure sales, with a focus on hardware infrastructure.- 3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- 5. Strong negotiation and closing skills.- 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- 7. Knowledge of the IT hardware infrastructure market in Mumbai is a plus.- 8. Willingness to travel within Mumbai as needed
