**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the IT hardware infrastructure market in Mumbai
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
- Work closely with the technical team to provide customers with comprehensive solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
- Attend trade shows and events to promote the company's products and services
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on hardware infrastructure
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the IT hardware infrastructure market in Mumbai is a plus
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai as needed
