Hello All,We are looking for Assistant Sales Manager - Building & Infrastructure position for our Building & Infrastructure service line for West region (Maharashtra), based at Mumbai location. Sales professionals with civil engineering services and infrastructure companies (PMC, EPC, Civil Consulting or TIC industry) shall be preferred for the position.Ø Major ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development in the areas of EIA, Geo-tech, Construction Material testing, NDT, proof checking, quality monitoring and PMC for Infrastructure Projects(Metro, Airports, Sea Ports)Recognizing the prospective clients Pan India, and create a data base.Early identification and follow up of major projects, opportunities & tenders.Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders.Visiting prospective clients to present BV services and to identify the client need as an opportunity to BV, follow up actions and keeping the respective division heads in communication loop.Efficient in using the marketing tools such as presentation material, company profile, service sheets, reference list, completion/appreciation letters, etc.Keeping in touch with the various publicity activities Pan – India such as exhibitions, seminars, conferences etc.. and explore the possibility of showcasing the organization and services.Interacting with the Regional BD managers of other regions for mutual exchange of expertise, work, common clients and other references.Ø Qualification and ExperienceGraduate in Civil Engineering & MBA in Marketing with minimum 8 years of business development/marketing experience.Should have the experience of business development in core sectors such as Construction Material testingShould have dealt with both Public sector companies and Private sector companies for tendering, negotiations and finalizations.
