Inside Sales Executive

Job Scope:
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing opportunities, and supporting the field sales team in achieving revenue targets for Yottas Data Center portfolio (Co-location & Managed Services). The role involves researching accounts, reaching out to prospects via calls and digital channels, managing inbound leads, and coordinating with account managers to drive business closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Support field/account managers in managing leads, appointments, and client follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate Yotta's value proposition effectively.
- Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) with accurate lead and opportunity data.
- Work closely with marketing for campaign follow-up and lead nurturing.
- Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and commercial documentation.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
- Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and opportunity conversion targets.
- Participate in internal training and adhere to company policies (QMS/ISMS/ITSM etc.).
Good to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of Data Center / Cloud / Managed Services / IT Infrastructure industry.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Good understanding of B2B lead generation and sales processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital prospecting platforms.
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.

Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate in Engineering / IT / Business Administration (Preferred).
- Postgraduate or certification in Sales & Marketing is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development (preferably in IT, Telecom, or Data Center industry).
