Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven SEO Analyst with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO Off-Page SEO Lead Generation SEO and driving organic traffic growth The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and be able to strategize and implement SEO best practices for IT services Key Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and implement solutions to improve crawlability indexing page speed mobile-friendliness and overall site health -Execute off-page SEO strategies including link-building outreach guest posting and digital PR to improve domain authority -Optimize web pages blogs and landing pages for lead generation and conversion - Track and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush and Screaming Frog - Perform keyword research competitor analysis and SEO performance reviews for ongoing improvements - Collaborate with content web development and marketing teams to implement SEO strategies aligned with business goals - Monitor organic traffic trends and provide insights to drive ROI-focused SEO initiatives - Stay up to date with the latest SEO and search engine algorithm trends Required Skills and Experience - 2-4 years of proven experience as an SEO Analyst or similar role - Strong knowledge of Technical SEO crawl errors sitemaps robots txt canonical tags etc - Experience in Off-Page SEO and quality link-building strategies - Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and generating leads through SEO - Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush Moz Screaming Frog etc - Understanding of HTML CSS and basic website architecture - Prior experience in the IT services or B2B domain is highly preferred - Excellent analytical communication and reporting skills Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Marketing IT Communications or a related field - Certifications in SEO Google Analytics are a plus ref updazz com
