Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Corporate Sales Executives - Corporate Gifting . The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies to drive sales growth, and meeting sales targets. What You’ll Do: ✅ Drive new customer acquisition through proactive outbound efforts (calls, emails, Linked In, networking, events). ✅ Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets. ✅ Understand client needs deeply and pitch tailored corporate gifting solutions that add value. ✅ Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring a seamless client experience. ✅ Keep a pulse on industry trends, competition, and opportunities in the corporate gifting space. ✅ Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mind-set take responsibility, show initiative, and drive results without hand-holding. ✅ Drive revenue growth with consultative selling ✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 1-4 years of B2 B sales experience (gifting, events, lifestyle preferred)✔️ Prior corporate gifting industry experience is highly desirable. ✔️ Strong ability to initiate conversations, open doors, and close deals. ✔️ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a relationship builder ✔️ Ability to close deals and manage a growing client portfolio Salary & Perks, > 2.5 to 4 Lacs P.
