Company Overview Since 2011 Aubree Haute Chocolaterie has been creating cakes desserts chocolates and savories delighting aficionados with every little bite For more information visit us at https shop aubree in Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our senior management team at Aubree Chocolaterie This full-time position is based in Bengaluru and requires a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 7 years of experience in sales specifically within the Food Beverages industry The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy market analysis and business development Qualifications and Skills Bachelors or Master s in Business marketing sales or related field Preferably Extensive experience in sales strategy market analysis and business development Mandatory skill Minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 7 years of experience in a senior sales role preferably within the Food Beverages industry Demonstrated ability in client relationship management with a proven track record of managing and expanding client base Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently Strong team leadership skills with a focus on driving performance and achieving targets Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present effectively to various stakeholders Strategic planning skills aimed at aligning sales initiatives with company goals and objectives Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions Candidates residing in the Bengaluru region are considered Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets and expand market reach Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth Lead the sales team to execute business development plans including identifying and approaching potential clients Oversee client relationship management ensuring excellent service and satisfaction to build long-term partnerships Negotiate and close high-value deals ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company Provide strategic direction and support to the sales team fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement Regularly review and assess sales performance providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives and company objectives
