Job Title: Brand Manager personal care
Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Brand Manager to lead the strategic direction, innovation pipeline, and marketing execution for our Personal Care portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong brand equity, driving growth, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities
1.Brand Strategy & Planning
* Develop and implement brand vision, positioning, and long-term strategy to build strong consumer preference and market leadership.
* Prepare annual brand plans, sales forecasts, and marketing budgets in alignment with business objectives.
* Identify growth opportunities by analyzing category trends, consumer needs, and competitor strategies.
2. Product Innovation & Portfolio Management
* Lead the innovation pipeline from concept to launch, ensuring relevance to evolving consumer preferences.
* Manage the entire product lifecycle including introduction, growth, maturity, and phase-out stages.
* Collaborate with R&D to ensure product quality, efficacy, and differentiation.
3. Marketing Campaigns & Communication
* Design and execute integrated 360 marketing campaigns across ATL (TV, Print, Outdoor), BTL (Events, Activations), Digital, and E-commerce channels.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
* Work with creative, media, and digital agencies to develop impactful campaigns that drive awareness and conversion.
4. Market & Consumer Insights
* Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform brand decisions.
* Leverage research findings to optimize marketing strategies and product offerings.
5. Financial & Business Management
* Own brand P&L and ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
* Optimize marketing spend to deliver maximum ROI while maintaining brand health.
* Present business performance reviews and recommendations to senior management.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives.
* Build strong relationships with agency partners to foster creative excellence and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
* MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a recognized institute.
* 810 years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably within the Personal Care or FMCG sector.
* Consistent academic record with a minimum of 60% marks throughout.
* Proven track record of driving brand growth through strategic planning, innovation, and execution.
* Strong exposure to digital marketing and e-commerce platforms is desirable.

* Creativity & Innovation: Ability to develop breakthrough campaigns and product concepts.
* Excellent Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
