Role Overview:

The Creative Head will be the custodian of the agencys creative vision and output. This is a leadership role for a strategic yet hands-on creative leader who can inspire teams, elevate creative quality, and drive business impact.

You will be responsible for setting the creative direction, leading brand storytelling and campaigns, scaling our social media practice, and acting as a strategic partner to clients. This role combines creative leadership, copy strategy, social innovation, and client-facing business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Vision & Leadership:

- Define, articulate, and champion the creative vision for the agency.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary creative team of designers, writers, and content creators.

- Establish and enforce high creative standards across all outputs.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance.

2. Creative & Copy Strategy:

- Translate client briefs into actionable, multi-platform campaigns.

- Oversee concept development to execution across digital, social, and video.

- Conceptualize and guide video scripts, brand films, influencer-led campaigns, reels, and branded content series.

- Own brand storytelling, messaging frameworks, and tone-of-voice for multiple clients.

- Provide constructive feedback to ensure originality, cohesiveness, and impact.

3. Social Media & Digital Growth:

- Develop cutting-edge social media strategies aligned with client objectives.

- Stay ahead of platform innovations, cultural trends, and new formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok equivalents, etc.).

- Demonstrate clear ROI to expand social media retainers.

- Explore emerging digital formats (AR/VR, AI-driven content, Web3, etc.) to future-proof campaigns.

4. Client Leadership & Business Development:

- Act as the senior creative representative in client meetings and business pitches.

- Build strong, trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.

- Collaborate with strategy and account management to drive integrated solutions.

- Contribute to new business opportunities, bringing creative insight and vision.

Education & degree in:

- Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or Digital Media (preferred).

- Fine Arts/Design/Visual Communication (added advantage).

- MBA in Marketing/Branding (desirable for strategy-oriented profiles).

- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Copywriting, Social Media Strategy, or Creative Direction will be an added plus.

Skills & Competencies:

Core Creative Skills:

- Strong copywriting expertise across short-form and long-form formats.

- Sharp eye for storytelling, culture, and visual aesthetics.

- Deep understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and consumer insights.

- Ability to create campaigns that marry business objectives with creative ambition.

Digital & Social Expertise:

- Proven track record in digital-first campaigns and social-first storytelling.

- Strong grasp of platform-specific trends (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, emerging platforms).

- Experience with influencer marketing and branded content ecosystems.

Leadership & Business Skills:

- Experience in leading and scaling creative teams.

- Strong client-facing skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

- Skilled in balancing multiple accounts, tight deadlines, and high expectations.

- Ability to inspire teams with empathy and clarity.

Technical & Tools Knowledge:

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite / Canva for creative direction.

- Knowledge of social listening & analytics tools.

- Comfort with presentation tools (PPT, Keynote, Google Workspace) for client 812 years of creative leadership experience, preferably within a digital-first creative agency.

- Proven success working with consumer brands across FMCG, lifestyle, tech, or B2B sectors.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating originality, craft, and business impact.
