With 9+ years of expertise and a pan-India presence, we are looking for a strong leader to head our South business portfolio.Role OverviewAs the Business Head South, you will own the P&L for the region, lead business expansion, build strong client relationships, and mentor a high-performing team. This role is ideal for an experienced agency professional who thrives in business development and operational leadership while delivering creative, ROI-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities- Drive business development, lead client conversations, and expand the South vertical with existing & new clients.- Own monthly revenue planning and consistently achieve/exceed assigned targets.- Build, implement, and execute the agencys regional business growth strategy.- Lead, mentor, and inspire account managers, creative leads, and support teams.- Strengthen client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.- Spearhead new business pitches, negotiations, and closures.- Collaborate across internal functions (strategy, creative, digital, execution) to deliver integrated campaigns.- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements.- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative marketing solutions.- Manage P&L, budgeting, and forecasting for the region.- Represent Brand Street at key industry events and forums.- Foster a positive, performance-driven culture within the team.Qualifications & Skills- Post-Graduate degree (Marketing specialization preferred).- Minimum 10 years of relevant agency experience (BTL/Experiential/Retail Marketing).- Strong track record of delivering business growth and achieving revenue targets.- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.- Strong presentation skills with proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel mandatory).- Analytical mindset with exposure to marketing analytics tools.- High energy, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to lead the entire South business for one of Indias fastest-growing BTL agencies.- Work on diverse projects across FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, Telecom, and more.- Lead a talented team in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
