State Street (SSGA) has a Digital 'Centre of Excellence' hub in the Bangalore office. The team will be involved in one of the largest digital transformation projects within the financial services sector globally. The centre of excellence will be part of a global publishing team who will be responsible for all content publishing, and will work together in identifying and leading enhancements on the State Street Global Advisors sites, The team will strive to craft a best-in-class user experience for our clients.

We are looking for a strong and passionate Digital Web Publisher to assist with delivering the digital transformation program, and support the ongoing digital needs of the State Street Global Advisors' business

What you will be responsible for

As a Digital Web Publisher

  • You will work closely with various teams to manage content updates and publishing for the SSGA websites
  • You will assist in Front-end publishing on AEM , providing front-end troubleshooting support to the Digital team
  • You will ensure that best practice SEO and accessibility guidelines are followed
  • You will collaborate with the Digital team on web design concepts and page layouts to maximise page conversion, ensuring all pages published have been through a high level of quality assurance
  • You will be operating within brand style guidelines and code standards and will need to ensure these are adhered to
  • You will help implement and maintain project/issue tracking for all publishing requests
  • You will report on page metrics, ensuring KPIs are captured at the start of a project before measuring analytics to improve and iterate throughout
  • You will be required to work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure digital marketing regulations are adhered to
  • You will be closely aligned with firm priorities and learn from various areas of the business and their target client types/personas
  • You will work both independently and as part of a team, while setting priorities and providing regular project status and updates
  • You will work in a global team collaborating with colleagues by sharing projects, knowledge and experience
