Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision, market positioning, and business goals.
- Define and communicate the brand identity, voice, and values across all internal and external touchpoints.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify brand opportunities and trends in the real estate industry.
Marketing Campaigns
Oversee the development and rollout of brand campaigns across traditional, digital, and social media channels.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across marketing materials, signage, websites, social media, and real estate listings.
Project & Property Branding
Lead branding initiatives for new real estate projects, including naming, visual identity, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure branded experiences across properties and customer touchpoints.
Content & Creative Direction
Supervise the creation of marketing content, videos, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Work with creative teams or agencies to maintain a high standard of visual and verbal brand representation.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, property management, development) to ensure brand alignment.
Manage external vendors, agencies, and consultants for brand-related projects.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor brand performance through KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, perception, and ROI of campaigns.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management with recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 4–6+ years of brand management experience, ideally within the real estate, hospitality, or property development sector.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, branding tools, and analytics platforms.
- Experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional teams.
