Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Brand Manager to lead the end-to-end brand strategy and execution for our innovative suite of emerging technologies. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and creative leader to build and shape a brand from the ground up, turning it into a recognized leader in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management within the IT product or technology sector, with a proven track record of creating market presence and driving brand awareness.
Role & responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that clearly defines our brand's unique value proposition, target audience, and market positioning.
- Brand Awareness & Go-to-Market: Create and implement end-to-end campaigns to build brand awareness and drive market presence across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, events, content marketing).
- Content & Messaging: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all external communicationsfrom product launches to thought leadership contentare aligned with the brand's voice and messaging.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing brand strategy and ensuring we maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure brand initiatives are integrated and supported across the organization.
- Brand Performance Measurement: Define and track key brand metrics (e.g., brand health, recognition, share of voice) to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and report on ROI.
- Brand Governance: Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency and integrity across all touchpoints.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5-9 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or a similar role, with a focus on building brand presence from scratch.
- Must have experience within an IT Product company or a technology-centric organization.
- Proven experience in developing and executing end-to-end brand strategies, particularly for a new or emerging brand.
- Strong understanding of the emerging technologies landscape and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts into compelling brand stories.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creative storytelling and content development.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to use metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
