Now, we're looking for a Brand Manager who can decode today's content and brand landscape, bring sharp insights to the table, and drive both strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and refine brand strategy across campaigns, content, and long-term positioning.


• Stay ahead of the content and cultural landscape, translate trends into meaningful opportunities for the brand.


• Conduct brand, market, and consumer research to uncover insights and guide decision-making.


• Collaborate closely with the content and growth teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.


• Translate strategy into clear briefs that empower creative execution.


• Balance big-picture brand building with day-to-day growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For


• Strong understanding of the current brand and content landscape (digital + traditional).


• Experience or deep interest in brand research, consumer insights, and market analysis.


• Ability to think both strategically (long-term brand vision) and tactically (short-term execution).


• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and alignment.


• Curiosity, cultural awareness, and a passion for building brands that genuinely matter.

Preferred Background


• 2-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related fields.


• Exposure to both content-driven and growth-driven brand building.


• Prior experience in agency or startup environments is a plus.
