Performance Marketer

Hiring for: Brand Scale-Up Inc.

Location: HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, North Bangalore

Designation: Performance Marketer

Experience: 3-5 years

Overview: As a Performance Marketer at Brand Scale-Up Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, optimising, and analysing various performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to meet and exceed our clients' goals and objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive ROI and business growth.

Responsibilities & expectations:

- Should know Meta and Google ad platforms inside out

- Should be curious to keep researching & updating knowledge with respect to these mediums

- Should have experience in multiple scaling up strategies

- Should be open to learning Retention marketing (email, whatsapp & sms)

- Should know how the technical aspect of the ad platforms i.e. pixel setup, ad account set up, etc.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.

- Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to refine campaign elements and improve performance continuously.

- Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track campaign performance against KPIs.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.

- Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and digital Experience with ad agency/marketing agency is mandatory

- Previous experience with D2C FMCG Brands is preferred

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and digital advertising.

- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel).

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable outcomes and exceeding client expectations.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Certifications such as Google Ads certification, Facebook Blueprint certification, etc.
