Role: Performance Marketing Intern

Internship Duration: 6 months (PPO based on performance)

This is a paid internship.

Candidates based in Bangalore are preferred

Role Summary

We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Intern
to join our team and support digital advertising campaigns across platforms. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in the fast-paced world of digital marketing, with a strong focus on the
D2C (Direct-to-Consumer)
sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and monitoring campaigns on Google & Meta
  • Collaborate with content/design teams to ensure ad copies and visuals align with KPIs.
  • Join client briefing calls to understand brand needs and objectives.
  • Conduct research on target audiences, keywords, competitors, and D2C market trends.
  • Support in preparing performance reports and analyzing campaign metrics.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing and D2C industry trends

Requirements:

  • Certificate courses and/or previous internships digital marketing preferred.
  • Interest and openness to explore D2C
    segment
    within digital marketing.
  • Curiosity to explore and adopt AI tools for campaign optimization.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Attention to detail with good analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks with a positive, solution-driven attitude.
