About the Role

We're looking for an analytical and creative
Performance Marketing Intern
to join our early team at
Betterhood
– a fast-growing D2C health & wellness startup. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, performance analytics, and understanding how data-driven campaigns fuel brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up, running, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Marketplaces and other digital platforms
  • Support in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics on a daily and weekly basis
  • Help with ad creative testing, A/B experiments, and audience segmentation
  • Collaborate with the growth and content teams to align campaign strategy with brand goals
  • Research competitor campaigns, trends, and keywords to improve ad performance
  • Contribute insights to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or final-year student (any stream)
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with Excel/Sheets and dashboards
  • Interest in performance marketing, digital advertising, and data-driven decision making
  • Eagerness to experiment, take feedback, and optimize creative and performance outcomes
  • Must be Bangalore-based and able to work on-site, 6 days a week
