Job Title Business Development Executive BDE Company Reachout Marketing Location Salem Employment Type Full-time About Us Reachout Marketing is a fast-growing marketing and communications agency helping brands build strong customer connections through creative campaigns and strategic outreach We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive new client acquisition and business growth Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through research networking and outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals customized to client needs Collaborate with internal teams creative digital and client servicing to ensure smooth project execution Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and update CRM records regularly Represent the company at industry events meetings and networking sessions Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or any degree 1-3 years of experience in sales business development or client acquisition preferably in a marketing or advertising agency Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities Self-motivated goal-oriented and results-driven Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work from home Work Location In person
