This is a full-time on-site role for Rasi Foods Manufacturer of Spencer s Bread and Bakery Products located in Salem which has been running successfully for 38 years Job Title Business Development Manager Location Salem Tamil Nadu Job Type Full-Time Experience Required 2 years Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales growth in the Salem region and nearby districts The role involves identifying new business opportunities developing and managing dealer and retail networks and driving product sales through effective market strategies and customer relationship management Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the bakery and FMCG market segments Build and expand distribution channels including wholesalers retailers supermarkets and institutional buyers Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and ensure product visibility Strengthen existing customer relationships and ensure regular order flow and timely collections Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain customer satisfaction Develop promotional plans and support marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and market share Analyze sales data prepare performance reports and provide insights for business planning Identify new product opportunities and provide feedback on market trends and consumer preferences Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Marketing or related degree Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and retail distribution channels Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Self-motivated target-oriented and capable of working independently Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to lead regional business expansion for a reputed food brand Performance-based bonuses Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 12 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 12 2025
