Job description Position Title Business Development Manager BDM - IT and ITeS Department Sales Business Development Reports To Director of Sales or Senior Management Location Salem Employment Type Full-time Job Summary The Business Development Manager BDM will be responsible for driving growth and expansion for the IT and ITeS services that IGIS will be catering to or aim to expand to The BDM will manage client relationships identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process from lead generation to contract closure This position requires a deep understanding of IT and ITeS services strong networking abilities and a passion for achieving sales targets Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and generate new business opportunities for IGIS Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships Develop strategies to increase market share within the target sectors Identify prospects qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline Be the primary point of contact for potential clients understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions Prepare proposals presentations and contracts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention Sales Target Achievement Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to secure profitable deals Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new sales opportunities Market Research and Analysis Conduct research on industry trends competitors and market opportunities Provide feedback to internal teams to refine service offerings based on market demand Collaboration Teamwork Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services Participate and contribute in cross-functional discussions to align on business strategies and execution plans Reporting Documentation Maintain accurate records of sales activities client communications and progress reports Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market conditions to senior management Qualifications Skills Experience 4-7 years of experience in ITeS Sales or Business development Proven track record in driving sales and converting potential clients Education Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field A master s degree is a plus Skills Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Strong understanding of IT ITeS Services and industry trends Ability to work independently and also as part of a team Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability Proficiency in CRM software Salesforce Zoho etc and MS Office tools Personal Traits Target -oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets Proactive self-motivated and adaptable Ability to build and nurture long-term business relationships Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Experience Business development 4 years Preferred Language English Tamil Hindi Work Location Salem Erode in office Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Shift allowance Yearly bonus Education Bachelor s Required Experience total work 1 year Preferred Business development 4 years Required Language English Required Work Location In person Application Deadline 08 12 2025
