At Apple we help businesses reimagine how people work By combining powerful hardware intuitive software and a secure ecosystem we enable organisations to innovate and achieve more Imagine transforming the way India s leading businesses and institutions operate We believe organisations deserve experiences that spark innovation creativity and productivity By creating powerful tools resources and stories we empower enterprise customers to unlock the potential of Apple products and transform how people work - extending these benefits to education to help institutions modernise learning for the future We re seeking an Enterprise Marketing Manager to lead Apple s marketing efforts with India s most influential businesses You will define and execute Apple s enterprise marketing strategy-working with CIOs IT leaders decision makers and partners to showcase the unique value of Apple at work You ll develop compelling narratives launch integrated programs and influence cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption You will also support education initiatives where appropriate ensuring alignment with Apple s broader mission Description In this role you will lead Apple s Enterprise marketing strategy for India while supporting high-impact education initiatives You ll engage deeply with enterprise customers institutional leaders and partners to understand their needs and drive awareness and adoption of Apple solutions You ll communicate Apple s unique value proposition develop and implement campaigns collaborate cross-functionally and track performance to drive continuous improvement Responsibilities Setting strategic direction and driving execution of marketing programs and channel campaigns across enterprise markets with targeted education initiatives as appropriate Creating key customer-facing assets presentations marketing resources and digital content to enable partners sales teams and enterprise customers Leading integrated marketing programs to drive awareness preference and adoption of Apple products across business verticals Serving as the voice of enterprise customers in India collecting input and providing insights for future product development and messaging Collaborating closely with Product Marketing Sales Marcom PR and Retail to drive program priorities narratives and results Interpreting marketing research and data analytics to inform messaging product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies Monitoring emerging market trends to strategically position Apple for future success in Enterprise and Education Tracking performance of initiatives and overall customer momentum in enterprise with secondary focus on education projects We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process to perform essential job functions and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment Please contact us to request accommodation Minimum Qualifications 8 years of product or program marketing experience in enterprise technology B2B or adjacent industries Proven success developing and executing marketing programs that deliver measurable impact Bachelor s degree required Flexibility to travel within India up to 30 of the time Preferred Qualifications Ability to craft compelling benefit-based positioning messaging and product differentiation for enterprise customers Expertise in developing customer-facing content with unyielding attention to detail Excellent communication presentation and storytelling skills with senior audiences demonstrated ability to build high-impact marketing narratives and programs Proven ability to build partnerships and influence others to move initiatives forward Creative problem-solver who navigates ambiguity provides structure around processes and maintains a positive can-do attitude Passion for helping organizations and institutional leaders get the most out of Apple s ecosystem Experience working with creative media and event agencies Strategic planning expertise with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines Strong cross-functional collaborator who thrives in fast-paced environments Creative and authentic storyteller with exceptional writing editing and presentation skills in English
