**Detailed Role of Marketing & Operations Associate**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Extract and analyze data from various sources to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Schedule and manage social media content across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure aligned marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with freelance writers and other external contributors to ensure high-quality content delivery on schedule.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Continuously assess and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing actionable insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency in using marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and Mautic.
- Expertise in data extraction and analysis with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing freelancers or external agencies.
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with CRM and SEO tools.
- Advanced certification in digital marketing or project management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
