Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential and people too With a culture that s all in on impact innovation and collaboration Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big moving fast and taking technology and careers to the next level As the Enterprise Marketing Manager you are responsible for driving pipeline generation through enterprise and ABM initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals You will develop and drive targeted marketing programs to generate awareness build quality pipeline move prospects through the sales cycle and help to build customer relationships You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams within Snowflake to plan and execute In addition you are expected to successfully collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment The ideal candidate is a highly-organised self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and to explore JOB DESCRIPTION Identify enterprise customer requirements opportunities develop Go-to-Market Strategies and ensure strong alignment with Sales and other cross-functional teams Develop implement end-to-end marketing programs including ABM executive engagement demand generation joint partner programs and industry specific initiatives Identify the most effective enterprise marketing materials channels and messaging for key accounts Engage maintain direct alignment with Sales and cross-functional teams in terms of all pre post event communications and enterprise marketing-driven campaigns promotion strategies Own drive executions within budget logistics timelines vendor management Evaluate all campaigns impact ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment REQUIREMENTS 10 years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software SaaS Bachelor s Degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company The experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on how to build robust and unique 1 1 campaigns Experience building and delivering of enterprise field marketing campaigns events executive and key account programs and joint partner activity Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management Project management prioritization organizational skills accuracy in performance ability to anticipate the needs of sales and details driven Ability to maintain an optimistic approachable and proactive attitude Fluency in English language Snowflake is growing fast and we re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth We are looking for people who share our values challenge ordinary thinking and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake How do you want to make your impact For jobs located in the United States please visit the job posting on the Snowflake Careers Site for salary and benefits information
