
Business Development Officer

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.

- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in business development or sales.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including banking and insurance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage
