Strategic Growth and Expansion Role

This role involves leading business development initiatives to drive sales growth and expand the customer base, focusing on building long-lasting relationships with clients. Business strategies are designed to achieve sales targets by identifying new opportunities, generating leads through market research and networking, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch innovative products and services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business expansion plans to meet sales objectives and grow the customer base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure loyalty and retention, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet market needs.
  • Analyze competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in business development or sales.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including banking and insurance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
