Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including insurance partners and servicing vendors.
- Analyze client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their demands and purchasing style.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively close business and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the health and benefits space to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of the employer market segment and their unique demands and purchasing style.
- Ability to manage diverse client cultures, including Indian corporate, MNC corporation, and PSU clients.
- Domain knowledge preferred, with MBA degree and technical knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
