Job Description
- Quality analyst of BPO industry who can listen to the agents calls and share feedback.
- Must be a graduate or higher.
- Speak, read and write in Hindi, Punjabi and English.
- Able to communicate confidently and politely, with good speaking skills.
- Experience of at least 2 years as quality assurance.
- Experience/ knowledge of Bank's products & processes.
- Effective problem solving and decisionmaking skills
- Complete knowledge of Bank's products & processes.
- Experience in coaching and developing skills of people.
Required Skill Set:
Should be known to quality parameters. Should be 7QC tools, Call calibrations, and evaluations. Should have strong oral & written English skills. Excellent problem-solving and issue resolution. Good analytical Skills.
