Hiring Alert: Quality Analyst Join Our Growing Team

Location: Sector 63, Noida
UK Shift Timings:

- First Shift: 12:30 PM 09:30 PM
- Second Shift: 02:30 PM 11:30 PM

Construction Helpline is hiring a Quality Analyst to monitor and evaluate international customer calls (UK-based), ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivering excellent customer experiences. If you have strong communication skills and the ability to coach agents with constructive feedback, wed love to hear from you

What Youll Do:

- Monitor and audit international (UK) calls for quality & compliance
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and coaching to agents
- Conduct call listening sessions and support performance improvements
- Ensure agents meet and exceed quality standards

Who Can Apply

- Graduate (preferred) with 1+ year QA experience in international BPO/call center, preferably UK process
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
