Quality AnalystPosition Summary:We are looking for Quality Analyst (Manual) with 2 plus years of industry experience to work alongside our growing team of quality analysts and product developers. The QA will be responsible for ensuring the product meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.Desired Candidate Profile:Manual testing - test cases, test execution, reporting bugsDocument, and track, case histories, issues, and actionable steps taken, and implementation and post implementation supportPreparing test cases for module, integration and system testingDesign and develop tools for test management, execution and reporting to enhance the overall software testing processStrong process knowledge in quality assuranceShould have good track record of identifying and resolving quality issuesThe key responsibilities of this person will be to test the product for functional, look and feel of the GUI and performanceTo keep in close loop of developers to report/troubleshoot issuesRequired Skills and Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in testing web and windows-based applicationsHands on experience in performance testing is a must haveCreating test cases, test sets, test executions for web and windows-based applicationsPerforming ad-hoc testing, smoke testing, data driven testing, cross-browser testingPerforming release acceptance, functional, integration, system level, and regression testingTesting various builds and patchesAbility to work in a rapidly changing environmentKnowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows File Server and SQL is an advantageExperience with Atlassian products and XRAY is an advantageMust be able to work under pressure and towards deadlines
