Role Description

This is an internship role for a Quality Analyst. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to quality management standards, and performing data analysis to support quality improvement initiatives. The intern will work on-site at our Mahipalpur location.

The role would involve supporting the call audits, mail and chat audits as well as coaching and training people across the Customer Success and KAM team.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and quality assessment purposes.
  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance, and Quality Management practices.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
