Job Title: Quality Analyst – Voice Process
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Shift: Fixed Day – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in BPO Voice (QA Role)
Qualification: Must be a Graduate
Immediate Joiner Required
Key Responsibilities:
•Monitor calls to ensure adherence to quality standards
•Share audit reports and performance feedback
•Conduct RCA and recommend improvements
•Collaborate with operations and training teams
•Ensure compliance with client and internal quality guidelines
•Drive process improvement and coach agents
Candidate Profile:
Min. 2 years' QA experience in voice BPO/KPO
Strong communication & analytical skills
Familiar with quality tools & call audit parameters
Proficient in MS Excel & reporting
Must be a graduate
