- Good Experience in Call Audit
- Minimum 2-5+ years of Experience in call auditing Skills Quality analyst in BPO/Call center.
- Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
- Should be a good Team Player.
- Should have ideas to improve the quality.

**Preferred industry: BPO**
- Roles and responsibilities:

- Randomly audit required number of calls on daily basis.
- Providing timely and accurate feedback to agents for improvement areas.
- Take corrective actions by doing data analysis to improve process efficiency.
- Work upon the action plans to improve Quality scores.
- Monitor and analyses customer support trends
- Compile and analyses statistical data, including KPIs

Job Location-Noida Sec-63(WFO)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
