**Job Summary**:
The Quality Auditor will be responsible for
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of customer interactions in the collections process.
- This role involves
- Assessing calls,
- Identifying areas for improvement,
- and ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call Monitoring: Listen to and evaluate a sample of calls to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Quality Assessment: Assess the accuracy and effectiveness of collection efforts, focusing on communication skills, customer handling, and adherence to scripts and procedures.
- Feedback Provision: Provide actionable feedback to agents and team leaders to improve call quality, collection effectiveness, and customer experience.
- Reporting: Prepare and present quality audit reports to management, highlighting trends, areas for improvement, and successes.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all collection activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Process Improvement: Work with the team to identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of best practices in collections.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a collection’s role, with a strong understanding of the collections process.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback in a positive and professional manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in a quality auditing role within a collections environment

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹324,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- QA: 1 year (preferred)
- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
