**Job Description: Psychologist Auditor - Quality Control**

**Job Title**: Psychologist Auditor - Quality Control
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to evaluate the effectiveness, consistency, and adherence to psychological service standards.
- Analyze consultations, therapy sessions, and mental health programs to ensure compliance with evidence-based practices and organizational protocols.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the quality of mental health services.
- Develop, update, and maintain quality standards for psychological services and interventions in alignment with current industry best practices.
- Revise mental health programs and resources to better address the needs of users and align with advancements in the field.
- Gather and evaluate user feedback on mental health services and incorporate insights into continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed of the latest research and developments in psychology to ensure quality control measures reflect up-to-date knowledge.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure that training and support are provided to maintain quality assurance standards.
**Requirements**:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology or a related field.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in counseling, clinical psychology, or related fields, preferably with a focus on quality analysis or program evaluation.
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reviewing and evaluating psychological reports, documentation, and user outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in auditing or quality control within mental health services.
- Certification in specialized areas such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, or trauma-informed care.
- Knowledge of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and human resource practices related to mental health.
- Familiarity with program development and evaluation frameworks.
