Job description

We are looking for a Quality Auditor to join our high-impact team focused on the US market.

Responsibilities for Quality Auditor
- Support our operations team by reporting the task completion to the stakeholders on time
- Assist in validating, data tagging, and providing ad hoc support across various quality processes
- Complete the tasks with a high level of accuracy and within the deadline
- Assist the other auditors of our team in completing the tasks within the given deadline -Send a report to the Quality Manager for day-to-day activities
- Ensure proper procedures and protocols are followed while tagging the data as per the given SOP
- Demonstrate prompt and effective communication skills
- Demonstrate an understanding of various text and call related quality metrics
- Help the team identify various issues in the call center processes
- Demonstrate good problem solving skills to develop solutions to any problems or deficiencies identified during the audit process

Requirements:

- Must have knowledge of Audits, Feedback, Calibration, Briefing Session and Dip Check -Available for full-time work from Office
- Proficient in tools such as MS Office, Google sheets etc
- Have good Written and Verbal command in English
- Have relevant skills and interests
- Comfortable in evening shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- US Sales Quality Audit: 2 years (required)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
