We are looking for a Sales Call Quality Auditor to evaluate and ensure that sales calls meet company standards for performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role involves providing feedback to sales agents to enhance their skills and drive sales effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate inbound and outbound sales calls for quality, compliance, and sales effectiveness.
- Assess agents’ adherence to sales scripts, product knowledge, and closing techniques.
- Provide constructive feedback to sales agents to improve performance.
- Identify opportunities for training and process improvements based on call evaluations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of call audits and performance data.
- Work closely with team leads and sales managers to enhance team performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales-focused call center or customer service environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
