The Quality and Audit Specialist is responsible for evaluating and improving the quality of products, services, and processes within the organization. This role involves performing audits, identifying areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and implementing corrective actions to maintain and enhance quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Audits: Perform regular internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. This includes preparing audit plans, executing audits, and documenting findings.
Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate production or service processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Identify areas of improvement and work with relevant teams to address any quality concerns.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to product or service performance. Prepare reports on findings, trends, and areas that require corrective or preventive actions.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and quality checks. Prepare and submit audit reports, providing clear recommendations for corrective actions.
Compliance Management: Stay up to date with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.). Ensure the organization remains in compliance with these requirements.
Process Improvement: Recommend and implement quality management systems and improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and optimize processes.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Corrective Action Implementation: Lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformances and improve overall performance.
Customer Focus: Work closely with the customer service team to address customer complaints and feedback, ensuring quality standards are upheld in customer-facing processes.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including production, operations, and management, to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: 1 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a related field. Experience in specific industries (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, IT) may be preferred.
Certifications: Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Auditor, or other relevant certifications) is a plus.
**Skills**:Strong understanding of quality management systems and audit processes.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
