Job Title: Quality Analyst – Tata 1mg Customer Service Process
Location: Noida
Vacancies: 2
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 (In-hand)
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year as Quality Analyst in any BPO (on paper)
Joining: Immediate
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Identify quality issues and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Prepare quality reports and share actionable insights with Team Leaders and Managers
- Conduct regular quality audits and maintain quality assurance documentation
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and customer service standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior experience (6 months to 1 year) as a Quality Analyst in a BPO
- Strong knowledge of call monitoring, audit forms, and reporting
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle feedback sessions effectively
- Immediate joiners preferred
